*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Surgical Nurse to join our client's team in Gießen. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing medical and surgical procedures, ensuring their safety and promoting optimal recovery.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Assess and monitor patients' health status before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and other treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure a sterile and safe environment during procedures.
- Educate patients and their families about post-operative care, including wound management and medication adherence.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and recovery plans.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Valid nursing license in Germany.
- Experience in medical-surgical nursing or a related field.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in German.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
